Provides non-medical in-home care services for seniors
Services include:
- companionship and socialization (conversation, games/hobbies)
- light housekeeping and help around the house
- meal preparation and help in the kitchen
- laundry
- de-cluttering
- general shopping assistance and errands
- bathing and showering assistance
- hygiene and dressing assistance
- mobility and transferring assistance
- assistance with activities of daily living
- for people suffering with Alzheimer’s and dementia, specially trained Caregivers utilize the Senior Gems gentle persuasive approach to care, focusing on what the person can do, not what they can’t
