Service Description:
|
Provides peer support to those with a wellness challenge. Each group is one hour long, and in that time members have an opportunity to share how their wellness challenge is bothering them, and then, if they wish, receive suggestions from other members about what has worked well for them when they were in the similar circumstance.

Self-referrals are accepted. Please register with MeetUp to attend the virtual meeting.
Please email if you require assistance with registration.
Members must have a stable internet connection and be willing to share their video and audio during the meeting.
