Service Description:
|
320 beds (total) * residential care for 200 private rooms including 5 bariatric beds, and 120 semi-private rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * secure dementia unit * five courtyards (four internal) * air conditioning throughout
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation activities, group exercise and social programs
Additional services (fees may apply) and facilities:- on-site primary medical care
- 24/7 on-call medical care
- dialysis centre operated by Trillium Health Partners (THP)
- geriatric psychiatry outreach
- rehabilitation and restorative care
- dietetic services (assessment, nutrition, counselling and monitoring)
