Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults and seniors with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's and dementia * respite and relief for caregivers
Service Details - Adult Day Program
Transportation: escorted cost is $10 round trip
Nutrition: breakfast, hot lunch, a.m. and p.m. snacks
Mobility Assistance: one person transfer
Incontinence: accommodate manageable urinary incontinence * shower facilities available
Medication Management: assistance with medications
