Service Description:

Passages provides support to French speaking individuals living with mental illness to enable them to access community services and resources.
|

|
Application:
|
Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
