Urgent medical care * doctors and nurses assess
and treat non-life-threatening injuries or
illnesses that cannot wait for a family doctor
Less serious conditions for urgent care may include:- abdominal pain (under age 60)
- minor allergies
- bites
- cough, cold, flu symptoms
- cuts or tears
- diarrhea
- early pregnancy complications (under 12 weeks)
- eye, nose, ear complaints
- fractures
- minor burns
- minor head injuries (under age 65)
- minor injuries
- minor sprains and strains
- skin rashes
- sore throat
- urinary tract infection
On-site diagnostics include x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scan, laboratory tests, and nuclear medicine equipment * referral to other on-site
specialty diagnostic and treatment services
