116 suites retirement residence with a resident capacity of 140 * independent living * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits * meals * activities and programs
Basic services include:
- 24 hour nursing staff
- personal care
- medication administration
- individual emergency pendants and emergency response system in-suite
- 3 meals, daily
- weekly housekeeping and bed linen/towel launder and change
- social, fitness and recreational programs
- access to planned excursions in Palermo accessible bus
Additional fees for services such as in-house Nurse Practicitioner, Foot Care, Dental, Hearing Clinic, and Salon (hair and nails).
