Service Description:

A community-based organization of volunteers in the Town of Halton Hills providing practical support and hope to cancer patients and their families * volunteer opportunities available
Services include:- Transportation for cancer patients to and from treatment centres
- Lending of equipment and supplies (assessed individually) such as hospital beds, walkers, canes, wigs, transportation chairs
- Palliative care and respite care assistance (may provide support on an assessed basis)
- Health and Wellness (helping clients regain good health as they deal with the side effects of treatment and can provide comfort and relaxation to both body and soul)
- Partnered with Wellspring to provide emotional support services (online programs)
